Tintoque sits along the Río Cuale, where the pace of the river shapes the rhythm of the room. Indoor and outdoor tables stay connected to the movement just beyond the railing.
Open Kitchen
The kitchen remains visible, allowing guests to witness technique and timing as each plate comes together. It’s quiet precision, not spectacle.
Chef's Table
An intimate counter experience for guests who want a closer connection to the craft. A curated progression, guided by the team.
Sourcing & Responsibility
Tintoque is a gourmet restaurant in Puerto Vallarta focused on sustainable seafood and locally sourced ingredients from the bay. Fish is sourced with the ikejime technique to preserve quality and improve traceability. Local markets and an in-house garden shape the seasonal menu, and kitchen waste is returned to the soil that supplies it.
Guests also enjoy an international wine program with more than 262 labels, and the kitchen can adapt to dietary needs when requested in advance.
